  Job Title: VP, Operation

 
       
  Responsibilities:
  • Works with VP of Business Development and VP of Engineering to ensure that the company's strategic goals are being met.
  • Prepares and analyzes expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine operational requirements to increase efficiency toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Prioritize application schedules based on customer priorities and company needs.
  • Develop plans, schedules and manpower requirements.
  • Participates in pre-sales efforts including presentations to prospective and current clients and partners.

  Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze audience needs and skill levels to develop appropriate documentation and training programs.
  • Design, write, and maintain training quick reference guides, procedure guides, tip sheets, presentation materials, automated demonstrations, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain training website content.
  • Review all materials for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Implement strategies for individual and classroom instruction, e-learning and distance learning.
  • Evaluate and recommend alternative training methods.

  Job Title: Architect, Servue Engine

 
       
  Responsibilities:
  • Develop core technology, including the design/architecture of new solutions and the refactoring and refinement of existing Engine.
  • Provide advice relating to the Servue Engine architecture & design that will envelop all layers of the enterprise systems (from data persistence to presentation layers).
  • Define project requirements and identify opportunities for balancing business imperatives & systems constraints.
  • Note high risk requirements & determine measures by which they will be mitigated.
  • Work closely with technical project leads, IT analyst clients to formulate high level IT-solution to resolve clients issues.
  • Ensure best practices and procedures are followed to ensure that the solution is aligned for the long term target architectures and client satisfaction.
  • Document architecture & solutions vision and present solutions to the architecture committees for approval.
  • Work closely with project lead to ensure a thorough understanding of the target architectures exist among all of the team members throughout the projects lifetime.

  • Solid experience in developing enterprise applications within the role of an architect.

  Job Title: .NET Developer

 
       
  Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a focused team, taking direction, and/or working independently.
  • Code construction based upon functional specifications and contributes to technical designs.
  • Implement components, interfaces and classes using Microsoft VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework.
  • Implement the software components to store and retrieve data using SQL Server 2000.
  • Interact with Project Managers and Test Engineers to contribute to and review functional specifications and test cases.
  • Contribute to advancing the development methodology and quality programming practices.
 
       
  Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of programming with the Microsoft .NET environment including work with Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET and the .NET Framework.
  • 1-2 years of n-tier web application development experience writing production-quality, object-oriented code in a professional software engineering role.
  • 2-3 years of web development experience.
